Amal Chatterjee is an agricultural economist with 16 years of experience in Procurement. He graduated with a Master of Science degree from Penn State University in 2006. He currently manages the procurement of fats and oils, emulsifiers, and ingredients for his bakery ingredients company. He is married with two children and resides in a Philadelphia suburb. In his downtime, he enjoys reading, fishing and playing on his kids’ Nintendo Switch.
